I am revolted with the response i have received from Miway the past three weeks, was in a accident on the 29th of June, i then on the 1st of July called client services and spoke to a Shana, who then assisted me, but ever since that day i have not received any correspondence regarding this, nor was my vehicle assessed, i was told to take pictures and email, which i did and i was allocated a Johan Ras as a claims handler, who i called on: 011 990 0409 with no luck, i have since emailed him on: [Email Removed] with no response. I have called the call centre several times, NO ONE can answer as to how far this claim query is, NO ONE!!! I spoke to Denis on the 09/07/2013, to Nandipha on the 15/07/2013, who promised a call back, STILL WAITING!!! Called again on the 17/07/2013 spoke to a Kebusang, who was gonna get claims manager to call me back, I'M STILL WAITING!! Spoke to Lelo, who has made me wait on the line for 20 minutes, 20 minutes!!!
What mickey mouse business are you guys running? Don't you guys have turnaround times? Do you not correspond with clients? It's with utter disgust that i find myself having to write this, whereas i pay ur premuims EVERY month, with no failure!

I expect a response ASAP!
