Unable to log claim for 4 days and no callback

I have been trying to lodge a claim on the Miway site since Saturday 11 may. Each time I lodge it I get an error saying sorry your claim cannot be processed but an agent will call you shortly. I havent reveived a call back and I have been trying everyday since with no luck or response from Miway. I even requested a callback and didnt receive an answer.
