Accident claim no feed back

1 week ago i was in a car accident. There was no service over the weekend. So requested call back and received nothing late monday lodged online claim. Only received feed back aftet been on the phone with othet division for 20min. After that they said i would have feed back within48 hour still waiting 3 days later.
