Lodging claim appears impossible

My vehicle was involved in an accident on Friday, 13 Dec in the early hours of the morning. It was undrivable and towed after receiving authorisation from Miway. On Friday evening, after obtaining police accident report details, I tried submitting a claim online. The website appeared to have a problem, but gave me the message that a consultant would phone me back. On Saturday morning I phoned in, and requested a call back.By Tuesday afternoon 17 Dec no call - so I called in. The agent told me the info I submitted online was there, and that the claim was in progress - waiting for an assessor to view the vehicle.

On Thursday 19 Dec still no feedback. Called in to the call centre (kept waiting for about 30 minutes) - eventually answered and told there is no claim lodged. Transferred to claims department, another 30 minute hold and then abruptly sent to an answering service. Phoned in again, and another 20 minutes - spoke with Sandile who stated there is no record of any claim. Lodged claim telephonically - eventually. Requested to be put through to a customer service manager to complain about service - no manager was supposedly available to take the call.
