FRUSTATED WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE

It's been 6 months now and my car has not been repaired in full after I had an accident in June 2013. I'm not receivng any assisstance from Outsurance with the service provider as they are sending me from pillar to post and my car is not getting fixed. I'm very frustrated as I received a call from Citroen advising me that they are stuggling to fix the problem and will have to order more parts and see If they can figure out what's wrong.

My car is still brand new I bought it in 2012 and was involved in a accident in June 2013. I would like to know if the damage on my car is so bad then why was I not given a new car cause my car is still new. I THINK I DESERVE A NEW CAR AS I DON'T FEELCOMFOTABLE DRIVING A CAR WITH SO MUCH ISSUES.

I'm very unhappy with the service I got from Outsurance and the service provider.

I'm very frustrated as this is my 2nd time on hello Peter complaining about this incident and I think it's very unfair towards a loyal paying client.

I'm paying for a vehicle that I haven't driving for half a year. which is totally unexacceptable and unfair.

Your urgent feedback on this matter is highly appreciated
