A Month ago Std Bank billed me incorrectly and due to their negligence they blamed me.
I then made an arrangement with a extremely abrupt Nadia Hesler to debit the correct amount just for the month of November.
She sent communications to Thabane Mathews advising to Debit this only for the month of November then set it back to the correct amount for December. Low and Behold by the end of December they failed to debit the correct amount AGAIN .They debited the agreed amount for November.
From what I can pick up they failed to set the correct amount for December back to the normal payment. This is after numerous emails between myself and Nadia and after I sent her email two weeks in advance reminding her to set the amount back to normal but she just ignored me!
I WANT MY MONEY TRANSFERRED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT end of story.
