Greetings

It is with great dissapointment that i write this complaint as i do not expect this from a service provider.

I am an OutSurance customer and was involved in an accident. OutSurance came through for me by providing the Towing company to come move my car from the accident scene to Pretoria at Bens Pannelbeaters. I recieved confirmation upon enquiry with the Pannelbeaters as to when the repairs would be completed and was told that it would be the 27th of February 2013.
Sadly, i was then told on the confirmed date that i will not be able to recieve the car as there was additional damage detected on the car and they still needed to request for the replacement part from the manufacturer in Korea.
I believe that this is bad service from a service provider of OutSurance as the damage should have been thoroughly examined and evaluated. As a result i will not be able to get back my car and its ia already a month since the incident and they are still waiting for parts.
I am unhappy as this is now what you expect as a customer when you make a claim from an insurance company and as much as we pay premiums every month, we expect of claim to be completed within reasonable time.
