I was involved in a accident with an Outsurance client on the 21st May 2015 around 16:15 in midrand and we reported the accident (Accident Report#: AR 29/05/2013) at Rubyridge police station. On June 3rd I sent all documents (accident sketch, AR number, ID copy, License copy, Vehicle Registration) as requested by Carrie van der Laan. I was sent in to Riverside Autoboy between the 3rd and the 11th June (i.e: for the second time) and I asked for an update on the 11th June '13 but I was told it takes 10 working days to process. Carrie sent an email (on 21st June) saying that the authorization process will be finalized by 05/07 and up until today I have not heard from her regarding this accident. I followed up with her on the 8th July and she did not respond. Please help as I need my car to be fixed.
This whole simple process is taking too long... NOT HAPPY...
