OUTsurance - all you get OUT is bad service

I was in a car accident in November 2012. I was in traffic and stationary when an drove into the back of my car. When claiming, first thing I was told is that I lose my no-claim bonus (supposed to be paid out this year). I was the victim of somebody else's incompetent driving and I'm penalised? Outsurance have recovered all the money, so they've lost nothing, except me as a client. I also had to take my car back to the Panelbeaters because there was towing damage in the front. I waited over a month for my car because the Panelbeaters only had oral consent to fix the towing damage, but could not get written consent (which they needed). I now have my car back, but the Panelbeaters are still waiting for the consent from Outsurance. Throughout this ordeal, I could never get hold of my Claims Advisor who didn't answer her phone or reply to my emails. I had to keep calling the Call Centre and deal with different people every time, and they kept sending the wrong authorisation form to the Panelbeaters. Outsurance's ads are correct: You always get something out. In this case, I got out pathetic service and unfair treatment!
