On the 7th October I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where my new Hyundai i20 was written off. In my 35 years of driving this was the first accident I was innocently involved in and it was very traumatic to me. I phoned the Outsurance Call Centre and there I spoke to Nolene Smit, who in the 1st place was so concerned with my well-being and handled this whole situation so professional. Within days she contacted me to request me to get a quote from the dealer where I bought my vehicle, for a new one. The assessor, Andrew Fogwill from SIAS, who came and saw me was just as professional and within 2 weeks after the accident he phoned me to inform me that Hyuandai in Sandton was going to contact me to arrange for me to get my brandnew i20. On Saturday the 26th October I received my new i20. Outsurance is for sure the best, and if all the personnel is like Nolene Smit, I can understand why Outsurance gets so much positive feedback. Thank you Nolene and Andrew you are the best.
