NO CLAIM RESPONSE FROM ABSA IN 33 DAYS

Extensive hail and storm damage to my home on 28 November 2013.
Took 17 days trying daily and holding on for hours, to get hold of ABSA by phone. I gave up. Eventually submitted on line - again and again - no response. Called emergency services. No response. Finally got hold of an operator - they cant help, they just answer the phones. Sent 2x emails. No response. ABSA then sends Intensive Cleaning Services to fix holes in roof and ceilings. Duh? (brush off?)
Electrical damage caused by the storm. We have no alarm. No electric fence. No security. Water streaming down house walls into electrical plugs. Airconditioners wet and faulty. Glass sky roof damaged and leaking. Electricity constantly tripping due to water damage. Light fittings falling out of wet ceilings.
Sewage blockage reported 20/12 and poo coming up the loo onto the carpet. Submitted on-line and with Emergency Services. No response - then a call 4 days later.???
Geyser burst 29/12. Submitted claim. haha
Have had no option but to start doing my own repairs as my home is not safe to live in - security and repairs to roof before my house is damaged any further.
Lets see what ABSA does now.
