ABSA HOC not repairing storm damage

I live in a flat roof house.
In 2012 there were bad hail storms that damaged my roof and caused a portion to sag due to the weight of the hail. I made a claim with the HOC and they were advised by the assessor to repair the roof and ABSA did not do so. I was advised by ABSA to do maintenance on the roof. I have done some maintenance on the roof myself since then.
At the end of 2013 after more storms caused damage to the roof and water collecting where it has sagged in 2012 and leaked into the house, I made another claim. Again the assessor advised that ABSA should repair the roof and again it has been declined. ABSA say that they will not do the repairs because the roof wasn't repaired since 2012, but they are the ones who refused to do the repairs after the storm damage.
I have had to patch golf ball size holes in the roof caused by the storms and they are refusing to do proper repairs.

ABSA's service is shocking as usual, that is why I now bank with FNB.
