No response from ABSA after numerous complaints

The severe weather and storms of late have left us with damage to our roof tiles. On reporting this to Absa they sent out a third party to investigate the damage. This person declared our roof to be damage free, and our claim was denied. We then took it upon ourselves to see what the state of the roof was, and there for the world to see were cracked and damaged roof tiles, the result of which is severe roof leaks every time it rains.
After several attempts to reach the call centre, I sent three action line requests. All of this effort has so far not yielded any fruit, as the only response that I have received were e-mails telling me that my complaint had been escalated.
I am starting to get the idea that ABSA's claims of customer centricity is a value that is not practised by their staff.
Every time it rains the damage to our roof, ceilings and household content gets worse. We now have collapsed ceilings in some rooms of the house, a situation that could have been avoided had the claim been dealt with effectively from the get go.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to my claim, as there is more rain coming, and I would like to prevent any further damage.
