No Response from ABSA after Hail damage

My house has been badly damaged after the hail storm on the 28/11/2013. I have a claim number from ABSA but up until now I have had no response from them and my house continues to be damaged as it continues to rain. I have broken roof tiles, flashing and ridging tiles. Cracked window, sagging ceiling boards and damaged wooden floors. Still no response from ABSA. My personal banker also does not return my calls. My sons mattress is water damaged and the insulation in the ceiling is water damaged. Really bad service from ABSA considering that I have never claimed before and I pay you every month for my insurance. I have a one week old baby and I can't even use his room because of the damage. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO!!
