I submitted a query to Nedbank's online customer care on 7 December 2013 who forwarded the said query to my branch in Randburg.
After complaining about the lack of service and response time, Ursuline told me that they don't have a branch manager and that she will get back to me.
I have been sending follow up mails, I then get a "one liner" back and to date my query has still not been resolved.

I cannot believe that this is how Nedbank chooses to treat their customers. The customer care site should change their mail address from "ask once" to never ending story...

I'm really angry at the unprofessional manner that this has been dealt with, can someone please URGENTLY assist to my query.
