Capitec Bank
Incompetence

I had a small loan with capitec bank, I was left with some R59 to pay it off, and they handed me over to lawyers beginning of this year. They were well within their rights, I do not dispute that, however I have been trying to pay these ppl for a long time now but no one is telling me how much I owe. When I go to the branch they refer me to their lawyers, company called vertex, who are even more incompetent. They always tell me they can't find my account. I go to the branch, they refer me back to these lawyers. I hv called the legal department at capitec, sent emails but no one will tell me how much I owe. I am willing to pay, but apparently there is nothing they can do after they hand over the account. I dnt even know who vertex is, capitec is the FSP I dealt with, they entrusted their outsourcing to this vertex company, I hv to now runaround to third parties that dnt even care abt your clients to pay. Other ppl just dnt care, but I want to pay capitec bank. Someone needs to fix this, if this is a way of accumulating more interest, I give you guys an A at capitec bank.
