NO WONDER EVERYONE IS GOING TO FNB!!

Ive been a Nedbank clinet for less than a week and its been an absolute nightmare becoming one.
Once ive become a Nedbank client the experience became even worse, with no service no delivery on promises and absolutely no care in responding to online assistance mails regarding online issues that has still not been resolved as promised by the branch on two ocassions i was forced to go into to have done!
Nedbank has inconvinienced me to the point where I have decided I am better off without having to deal with Nedbank. Who ever calls me in response to this Post, MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO ASSIST ME IN CLOSING MY AMEX Acount with Nedbank. Becuase if this is how you treat a New Nedbank client in the first few weeks, IMAGINE what im for in the long run??? Its Shocking!!

Please call me to cancell & close my account ASAP!
(Thats if you even respond to HelloPeter concerns, cause you dont respond to any of your OWN ONLINE Query systems)
