About 3 weeks ago I was at a FNB ATM withdrawing money - the money was taken off my account but the ATM gave an error. I then waited at FNB for about an hour only for them to say that i must go to my bank to request the money back. I went to Nedbank and the lady that helped me was very helpful and told me it should take 5-7 working days to get the money back. It has been almost 3weeks now and I have only been contacted once with regards to my query. Each time i have had to go into the bank and request feedback. Saturday 14 December my husband went to query the problem and they said they would escalate it to their branch manager. I have as yet not received any more feedback with regards to getting my money back. How is this possible???
