We own a coffee shop with 3 FNB speed points not one of which is working.
We have phoned the call center on numerous times and every time they promise to send someone to come fix the speed points but not once has someone come. They phone us back to hear if someone has come and when we say no they respond saying they will put the call as urgent and send someone. Its been more than 4 months and still nothing has been done. We have 2 different references all ready.
We write a complaint on their facebook page but they just delete it. Every day we have to ask customers to draw money at the Standard bank near us which makes them upset.
