HIGHLY IRATE AT CAPIEC - SIS

I have a multi-loan with Capitec and when I called earlier this year and informed them that I am unable to pay will pay in December the full amount plus arrears, the agent was quite okay with that. I found out that I am handed over to Fenwick Boshoff Attorneys and from an amount of -R400, now to R837.82!!! What BS is that? Capitec is liable for the arrears, NOT ME! I did my duty in contacting and making the arrangement in the specified period then get turned over the these Idiotic Attorneys and now owing double.
Capitec, GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER! TRAIN YOUR STAFF CORRECTLY TO PROVIDE A CONSUMER WITH RELEVANT AND USEFUL INFO, NOT TO DISABLE A PERSON WHEN THEY TRYING!!! I want a Call URGENTLY from Management with a resolution for this matter or I will take this further and Higher. Dont think that all consumers are stupid enough not to know their rights, you have crossed a Well Educated Young Man and I will not allow you to drag my name in the mud because of your incompetance!!!
