Account closed but refuse to remove judgement on m

I had a loan with Capitec in 2008. i was unable to paythe loan due that my contract ended where i sue to work. i did inform Capitec but they didnt do anything about my arrangement. My account was handed over to attorneys called Coombe and Associated i then got a job as a temp with SARS IN 2008 and was since with SARS. I made arrangements with them a gentleman came over for me to sigfn a debit order arrangement in 2009 the debit order went off until in November 2009 all of a sudden it stiopped i am not sure why it stopped. Whweni went to Capitec Branch in Brooklyn they tiold me my account was paid, but i cant get another loan if my account was handed over. Last year i discovered that i had a garnishee order against my name and a judgement then i tried to contact the attorny with regards to the matter i couldnt get any repsonds n ow the account is paid and settled by they refuse to give me a recision for judgement. i have spoken to their legal department no one wants to assist me i have spoken to Coombe and Associated the attorny Johan who tried to solve the matter told me that Capitec said they cant give consent and when i had spoken to Adelaide she said Capitec cant give consent.
