Ed credit record not of my doing

Hello

Im very disappointed with capitec bank for the way they handle their credit accounts.
I recently applied for vehicle finance but only to find that capitec has listed me on the itc for a account that has been in arrears from last year june. I have no idea what arrears are this, as the account i had with them was a Multi Loan that i paid religiously every time i took it, and i last took it 2 months ago.
I tried closing this account in one of their bracheas but they said they cant close it, i must do it on my phone.
To my suprise the account reflects it was paid off this month end only. This is not right can i pleas get a solution from Capitec and im highly affected by this and unhappy.
