I have paid the final installment at saddler attorneys on the 14/11/2012 and moneys was paid to capitec on the 30/11/2012. according to capitec they did not received any information that the account was settled in full i was provided with a letter from the attorneys now that i want to purchase a new car to my surprise it shows that i am 9 months in arrears which proofs that someone did not do their job after seeing that the account is settled in full, i am very unhappy and need this information to be corrected on itc as from december 2012 as i did pay my account in full.
i thought it was a good move to move to capitec but actially it cost me now big time, i need answers urgently ccs said they did not received any proof that the account is paid up in full.
