Incorrect debit order date

When i took out a loan from Capitec bank i agreed that my debit order will go off on the 25th of each moth. Because my salary went into my account earlier on a few occasions they have decided that my debit order date is on the 23rd of each month, to which there will obviously be no money as i do not get paid on the 23rd. My salary went into my account today 24th and the first debit that wend off is capitec to which i don't have a problem. My problem is that capitec took whatever money i had in my capitec savings account as well and than they tell me that my loan is in arrears and i still need to pay a certain amount. Why would you ask me when is my pay date when you have already decided when i get paid and who gives you the right to take money from an account which is not listed as the account to be debited and in top of that the customer service is pathetic. I want this matter resolved or i will take it to the NCR and the Banking Ombudsman. I am highly disappointed with Capitec Bank
