Account handed over after 60 days of non payment

I had two loans with Capitec, Multi loan and Long term loan. February this year I made arrangement on the Long term loan and I could not pay for two months, and my loan was handed over to attorneys, I requested an explanation on this and the feedback that I got was my loan statement and the note that advised me, that a loan is being handed over Automatically by the sysyem after 90 days of non payment, so my question still stands, I received a call from attorney on the 20th of june that the account has been handed over.and it was only 60 days. Tone of the guys from the guys from Attorney came to me and let me sign the documents which I don't understand and he said that was the agreement between them and Capitec, failure to sign it will go to court.

Capitec handed over wrong account and I need this to be fixed so I can continue with my payment. As this guy told me I have to pay to them and not Capitec. Is this the way capitec treats their clients after so many years being loyal to them whith no arrears.

Please whoever is responsible for my account needs to. Look at it and do the right thing according to what they re saying
