First National Bank
Wow, I am moving back to Capitec... but you am enuf

Business & Finance

When you and I made a loan agreement it was agreed that you will debit my account with X amount of rands as a repayment of-cause understanding the holiday and weekend term. How on 's green earth do you on the 18th of the month debit my account for and account not in arrears or anything like that. To my shock I get to the shops and try to swipe a card I know has funds and it declines due to insufficient funds. I raim calm and call your call centre to be told that an SMS was sent informing me that my debit would go off early this month. Do you think I would risk the embaressament and go swiping a card with no funds... imagine if I was using public transport and need to withdraw money to go home and I couldn't because of this mess.. You know what 2 complains in less than 6months FNB am moving banks to Capitec ASAP and in the meantime would like a proper explaination and the funds to be reversed back to my account cause the word I surely will spread and trust that my little 2cents worth ensures no one I know banks with you.
