HANDED OVER TO ATTORNEYS FOR R20

Hi there. I'm totally dumdstruck that Capitec Bank handed me over to attorneys (021 945 3414) for the amount just over R20 due to a loan that was paid off in 2003, why??? Take it more than 10 years for you to realize that there was a few rand outstanding? Received a call last week from the attorneys stating that Capitec has handed me over to them on the 1st of January 2014, yesterday they phoned me again tha the amount went up to just over R40??? This is crazy and now I have been blacklisted for the negligence from the bank.

I want urgent as to how can they resolve this.

Obviously this has to be taken up with the CPA and the Banking Ombudsman
