*DISGUSTED IN TRYING TO OVERCHARGE*

I had a Capitec Multi Loan and from changing banks over, they had contacted me for payment. I explained that I am not financially stable to pay but willing to pay the arrears and full amount in December. The agent agreed and said that she would NOTE it. Fenwick Boshoff Attorneys contacted me, very blady rude agents who take off with you as if you owe them money personally!!! I tried explainig to Andiswa that I had an arrangement with Capitec and she said that there had been no notes made then called her supervisor and she was rude that she disconnected me whilst speaking. Andiswa did not want to speak to me so she asked Moses Mkalali to call. Silly forgets to mute a phone and speak about a consumer!! He refused more than several time to provide me with he's name and surname. I explained that the arrears are NOT my responsibility as I had made contact within the period of my load, neither is it my fault that they did not update!!! I did not mention not once that I will not pay but 5min after the call, Andiswa sent me an sms saying "WE CONFIRM YOU REFUSE TO PAY YOUR CAPITEC LOAN. WE WILL NOW TAKE JUDGEMENT." WHAT BS! I am going viral with this ASAP! Trying to Rob ME! NO!!!
