Deducting money before due date of dt orde

I have lodged an official complaint on the website as well, since the debit order for this went through on my account on the 14th of December instead of the agreed day which is after the 26th of each month. Please note this debit order has NEVER been returned and there are no reason for Nedbank to change the date. The money that was deposited into my account was NOT MY SALARY, but a payment from my employer in order to pay my telephone line and now a cannot do so since the debit orders went off. Please note that I will hold Nedbank responsible for loss of income, since I am working from home and should my telephone be cut off I cannot perform my duties.

Two debit orders went off. One for Ikayalami Homeloans = R500 and another for my personal overdraft = R500 The references of these were RTPN4654 131214 and RTPN3400 131214. I need both of these to be refunded to my account immediately. Should this money not be back in my account within the next 24 hours I will take this up with the National Credit Regulator as well.
