2 months amd still waiting for repairs

DURING OCTOBER 2013 DUE TO A STORM MY ROOF TILES WERE DAMAGED. OUTSURANCE WAS VERY DELAYED IN APPROVING THE CLAIM THUS THE SERVICE PROVIDERS WERE NOT ABLE TO ASIST ME AND SAID THEY WILL ONLY START NEXT YEAR. I AM BAFFLED WITH POOR SERVICES RECEIVED OVER AND OVER FROM OUTSURANCE AS TURN AROUND TIME SEEMS TO BE OF NO CONCERN TO THEM. OUR NEIGHBORS HAVE EVEN ASKED US WHO OUR INSURANCE IS BEING CONCERNED THAT BIRDS ENTERING THE ROOF MAY CAUSE ASTHMA AND OTHER HEALTH ISSUES. OUTSURANCE TOLD ME THEY WILL CALL ME BACK AND THEY NEVER DID. LEAVING IT OPEN SO LONG IS NOT ONLY A HEALTH HAZZARD BUT A TERRIBLE REFLECTION ON OUR INSURANCE. OUR ROOF LOOKS TERRIBLE NOW WITH RAIN DAMAGE CAUSING DIFFERENT COLORS TO ROOF TILES. ITS LEFT TOO LONG.
