I had a claim for the roof on my house in December 2012 it was damaged during a bad hail storm, it was repaired but during heavy thunder storm water ran in through the roof and down the walls we also noticed that it was leaking in the bathroom I checked on the roof some of the tiles where cracked must also have been during the hail storm.since then I have been trying to get the roof fixed .numerous phones call to absa trying to speak to someone in charge only gets promises of a supervisor to phone you back.the latest one was last week they said he would phone me back either on the 21 or 22nd he didn't
