Terrible service to14 year old client

I have been a loyal client of outsurance for over a decade now and due to bad weather have had some issues in the passed year. The service providers are also very incompetent. i reported a claim to outsurance last year and they have to date not assisted with the claim. it has caused more damage by the roof being unattended to from October 2013 till now and i hope not cause health hazards further. nonetheless, we received a very surprising call from outsurance today claiming that i am a multiple claimant and they now level threats of reconsidering our policy and perhaps increase our premium... The call I am referring to was from one Mmabatho, my regret and concern was expressed to hernotwithstanding a promise to come back to us today. She has failed, refused and neglected to live up to her undertaking.i find that rather insulting as claiming damages in the passed year seems to disturb them. i never once received a call of thanks for not claiming in all the other years that im with them. Please finish up your work before complaining about me so i wont complain about you too!!!
