Almost 5 months - claim still not settled

There was a severe hail storm at the end of October 2012 and my roof tiles were damaged. An assessor was sent out and I received an SMS from Out saying "claim authorised" etc and MARKETING HOMES (Useless!!!) "will be in contact shortly".
Marketing Homes never contacted me, and several calls to them resulted in several promises to get back to me. After a few weeks of and unkept promises I reverted to Out to tell them what I thought of MH.
The operator promised (another lie) to get me someone else.
It's near the end of April, almost 5 months later, and after speaking to another operator today, I was told that the claim was 'resolved'. The fact that I have holes in my roof and now ceiling damage suggests it is not 'resolved'.
The limited respect I had left for Out prevented me from whining on HelloPeter before now, but I feel that Out has stretched and obviated that restraint.
I would very much like to have less holes in my roof and less rain water running into my kitchen over power outlets, if nothing else, for the safety of my children, pretty please?
