I first asked for the processing of my retirement fund claim at the beginning of November, to no avail. Instead they keep asking me to keep faxing documents which in turn get lost in their system. Mind you I have to fax, faxing is not for free, and I still haven't received my money. All I have gotten this far is incompetence. I'm really irritated right now, i want my money. When I was giving them my money there wasn't this much hassle now that I want back its such a nightmare.

I'm really unhappy with the level of service I have received.
