Two weeks and Still no Letter of Paid up Default

Its been two weeks since I logged a complaint, no one has ever contacted me, i have called Customer care myself several times and every time they advise they'll get back to me, I'm still waiting! Pathetic, just Pathetic.
They POOREST service delivery I have ever experienced!
