Worse Service Ever Experienced

Never in my life have I ever heard or experienced such pathetically absurdly poor service. I logged a complain on Hellopeter a while back and all 8TA social does, is reply so it will look good on the Hellopeter complaint and then nothing after that happens. It has taken me most of this year to sort things out like billing, poor signal, faulty modem and extremely poor customer service. If someone were to ask me if 8TA is the way to go, I would advise them to stay as far away from 8TA as possible. I cant believe I am using 8TA and 'good' in the same sentence but the only person who has done any good for me at 8TA is Anton Van Heerden and what he has done for me is not even in his job description.
The rest of 8TA are pathetic and I am still to be proven wrong.
A technician came out to my property more than 2 weeks ago promising me that if not himself someone else will get back to me, but as expected no feedback whatsoever received. Pathetic to say the least.

This account is in my Fiances name and I have power of attorney over the account.
