Trying to return kayak, support is pathetic

The product delivered to me was defective, so I logged a support issue here just over a month ago: [URL Removed]
Groupon support requested a delivery address and date. The date I replied with went past with no response, so I ended up contacting them again twice before they asked for a delivery address and date again. Again I supplied the details, then I supplied it another time and again no response! The last time I got a proper response from them was two weeks ago now and I have heard nothing further from them since then.
I have given an address and time for delivery three times. They have also passed this issue to a new user who has set this as "solved" at least three times (last time by Ronelle Abrahams). Only once you collect the product and refund me should the issue be considered solved!!!
As I said, it is just over a month since I initially logged this issue with their support and no action has actually been taken by them yet! Since the product I bought was an inflatable kayak, valuable summer time is passing where I can't use the product!
Customer service at Groupon is pathetic and all I want is to return the product and get my money back!
