I took out a smart device with FNB which was ensured. The device was and i claimed from the insurance. They paid out money still owing on the device to FNB and difference to me. End of that month my premiums still went off my account. I called customer care who said they would investigate and get back to me. Nobody ever got back to me. i don't how many times i called in and they just keep saying they escalating it to. About 3 weeks went by with nothing being done. I emailed a complaint through. Gladys Maeso then contacted me and said she would sort it out. She did. Money was reversed and contract cancelled. I queried the amount of the insurance payout which did not tie up with my statement. She said she would get back to re that but i heard nothing from her again. The following month the premium went off again. I emailed Gladys again re that but i got no reply from her. I called customer care who put through a request. 2 weeks later and nothing is resolved. Every time I phone all I ever hear is that they escalating it to. They costing so much money by phoning in every time just coz they can't do there jobs. This is soooo frustrating!!!
