It's just another way we're saying thank you for being a Standard Bank customer! "

On checking with Standardbank why my points were not going up as I shop at Checkers, Spar etc. I am advised that I am on the lowest tier therefore do not earn a single point. No where in the adverts or when we discuss with call centres does the word TIER. come. Just shocking that such false advertising is allowed.
One has to have their whole life with Standardbank in order to earn any points on the correct tier level.
