Fnb pathetic service experience for the 2nd time!

FNb offers their customers the service of taking a smartphone contract which can be paid over the peroid of 24 months like any other mobile contract. They say delivery of the device takes between 7-14days... it has now been
17 days and still waiting.

I need to understand something clearly here, how do you offer custmers products and services knowing that you will not be able to deliver them? I mean this is pathetic service. You get the customers to say yes and do the necessary steps in order to get the "yes" from the customer then you dont care how long and slow your service takes because you record calls and know that the customer still has to accept the product?

Please advise...
