About two weeks ago I logged a complaint on the fnb site after I logged into the website with my details.
Since I have logged that complaint, I have had two sales calls from FNB, and none about my complaint.

I was just again now phoned about opening another account. I told this person about this and she said that she will escalate it. When I asked for a call reference the second time, she hanged up the phone in my ear.

SO FNB IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CURRENT CUSTOMERS?

I will definitely not move my other accounts over to you.
I will in time make sure that I have no more business with you.
Your customer support model is PATHETIC to say the least.
Hanging up on a client is disgusting!!!
I will make sure I tell everyone I know about how you guys are treating me to warn them to not also fall for the FNB trap of false service.
Luckily we now have social media to reach thousands of people in seconds.
The people should know how bad your customer service is, I will make sure they do!!!
