My husband ordered a smart device on the 19th April, delivery was promised within 10 to 15 days, we are still waiting.
We have phoned over and over again, every time we have to go through the same process and each time we get one or other promise or excuse.
We have been promised delivery now over and over again and are still waiting, they promise to phone you back and never do, it has now been 5 weeks and this weeks excuse was that the device was with the courier?
Their service is pathetic and this department has no idea as to what is going on at all!!

15 days does not equal 5 weeks FNB!!
