I complained about Outsurance more than 4 months ago due to poor service, bad attitude etc in terms of a claim relating to hail damage on my car (hail of 8 November 2012). Bending backwards, they have still not been able to complete this claim and successfully repair my vehicle (6 March 2013). Nobody follows up with panelbeaters and I spend my time phoning around to monitor progress and complaining about non-delivery. Unfortunately I have to resort to Hello Peter again as this was the only time I actually got Outsurance to respond and act upon my requests.
