Settlement amount problem

Hi,

My husband and I have been trying to get a settlement amount on all our debit for nearly 3 weeks now. The branch cant help us and our debt councelor also seems to get nothing sorted. We still have no amounts to pay. How long must we wait for this? We need someone to send us settlement amounts for all the debt: loans/credit cards/overdrafts we have with Standard bank as soon as possible. We want to pay this.
