HAIL DAMAGE TO VEHICLE

My car has hail damage on the bonnet and the roof. I take my vehicle for assessment and the assessor itself (Gert Griessel) said that my car is not bad at all. Grace from outsurance calls me to tell me the car is a write off. She sends a quote that shows that my car is damaged everywhere, including interior, windscreen and doors. How is this possible if the cars windsreen is fine and the interior. Tried to call the assessors and no response. Manual Boshoff from SIAS does not answer his phone. I have been with Outsurance from 2006 and never claimed and this is the treatment I am recieving. I am so shocked with this service. When I called customer service, i was suppose to be put through to Ernest the claims manager but somehow the call goes to Vijay..who tries to convince me that I must take the write off. So outsurance will pay R400 for people to come over but they wont help when u claim merely write off the vehicle. PATHETIC!!!
