I ordered a pair of headphones on the 26th of November from the Momentum Online shop. After not receiveing anything I started querying their e-mail address and call centre, when eventyally somebody answered the e-mail they promised to get bak to me, but still no luck. Same with the call centre, promises to investigate and get back to me... I'm still waiting. Order number 103533 - It's now been 15 days since I placed my order, If you want to be taken seriously as an online retailer you will need to do a lot better than this
