Disappointing!

I shop online often and was very impressed with the items for sale on Style36's website. I placed an order on Monday, 4 November and it was delivered to my work address on Wednesday, 6 November - very happy. When I got home I tried on a shoe from each of the 2 pairs I bought and it was perfect. I packed the shoes in my cupboard and when I wanted to wear 1 of the pairs on Saturday, I discovered that I received 2 left shoes as a pair of shoes! I unfortunately I threw away all paperwork and packaging on the Wednesday, so didn't have anything. On Monday, 11 November I sent a mail to explain the situation. I just got a call from a call centre consultant to inform me that they will fetch the 2 left shoes from me. I will then have to order a new pair again and pay for it. Then I have to wait for delivery again, but they will not refund me the wrong pair before 14 working days! So, I have to pay double for nothing at this stage!! Why can't they just exchange the left shoe for the right one? Very disappointing and I WILL NOT use Style36 again.
