CANNOT GET THROUGH TO CALL CENTRE

I have tried for two days, and multiple phone calls to get to speak with a call centre agent... end up having to leave a voice message. I WANT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME WITH SETTING UP MY ONLINE PROFILE... MOMENTUM ONLINE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
I am new to Multiply via my medical aid - thank goodness i am not a MOMENTUM CLIENT.!!! I shall never become one!
