I placed an online order for a product on 15 January 2014. To date there has been no update on my web profile except that the payment has been captured. My bank account was debited and I received the invoice and proof of payment via e-mail. I am still waiting for delivery which will obviously not happen as the system clearly show that nothing is happening with this order.
Repeated attempts to try and get answers proofed to be a complete waste of time. Attempts via e-mail delivered no result. Various attempts to make telephonic contact to the provided online shop phone number mostly resulted in nothing as the phone is simply not answered. I am still awaiting feedback from the agent who picked up the phone earlier today and promised to phone me back. When calling the customer service department you are transferred yet again to the online shop's number which forever rings. I have no decent words to describe this utterly unprofessional conduct of a company which I have supported many times before. If you cannot deliver my product, give me my money back and I will spend my money where I do get a professional service.
