UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM ONLINE TEAM

I placed an order with HP online for a display adaptor for my presentation tomorrow. I heard nothing back by Wednesday afternoon so I called the online contact number but no one answered my call. I attempted to call yesterday morning and spoke to Henry who said that the person responsible for orders was in Cpt for a wedding. Shocking!!! He then said that he would send an email to the team to follow up on my order. No call received so I called aagin this morning at 8.10am. Spoke to Henry who said that he will send an e mail again and cc the manager. 10.10am and still no response!!! Absolutely shocking111 Spoke to Gail who advised that she is new in the department and that Wayne is the manager and is not in the office yet. I asked for his e mail address and I sent him an e mail- no response yet. Pathetic service!!! I WILL NEVER USE HP ONLINE AGAIN AND NONE OF YOU SHOULD EITHER!!!
